ChampionX is seeking a Human Resources Leader - Permian Region to support the Production & Automation Technologies Segment located in Midland, TX. What You Will Do: Partner with PAT Permian business leaders to develop and deliver HR important strategic impact that align with business goals. Develop talent sourcing strategies that are tailored to attract highly qualified, diverse talent to the Permian Region. Consult with leaders to provide business focused and practical solutions across a range of HR functions including talent management (workforce planning, development, retention, assessment, and succession), organization design and effectiveness, engagement and culture, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compensation. Champion and steward the organization's culture; drive alignment between ChampionX overall culture and region sub-cultures. Partner with Permian business leaders and teams to develop engagement strategies and initiatives; integrate activities of all PAT product line HR teams and other departments for implementation. Develop and lead talent strategy and development initiatives for the Permian, including Talent Review/Succession planning, Development planning and Workforce planning. x Leverage data and analytics to assess talent against current and future needs, identify gaps, and recommend initiatives to address. Provide day to day human resources leadership and counsel to the region covering the following areas: employee relations, talent and performance management, employee/manager coaching, risk management, talent acquisition, training, event planning and employee onboarding/off boarding. Provide resources and support to Product Line HR Teams. Sustain and improve how employees join the organization. Facilitate cross product line meetings and cooperation by engaging other HR team members on shared HR initiatives. Utilize continuous improvement methods to improve our employee experiences, and HR processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field. 10+ years' related human resources experience with solid operational knowledge. Business mindset: able to understand the business and financial conditions, link HR and business strategy, and identify ways to improve business performance. Capability & culture builder: skilled at identifying and assessing current organizational capabilities, building what's required, shaping and supporting culture, and aligning solutions to reinforce culture. Change management: demonstrated experience in articulating the business case for change, evaluating change readiness, building and executing stakeholder plans and transition activities, and managing sustained change and transition. Consulting and Influencing skills: Exceptional communication skills, able to tailor his/her communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced training, education and/or PHR, SPHR certification highly desired. Experience in a complex matrixed organization preferred. Experience with effectively identifying, utilizing and presenting data in a way that facilitates evidence-based decision-making preferred.Salary Range: $100K -- $150K *Minimum QualificationHR Generalists & Business Partners
