Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Serves as a liaison between employees in the field in the Permian
and the Division HR Manager.
Possesses a working knowledge of office procedures i.e., email,
follow up, customer service, filing, organization, etc.
Communicates often with the Division Manager of Human Resources of
any issues and/or concerns impacting the region.
Assists with making appointments and creating various forms.
Keeps a daily log of completed tasks.
Process oriented mindset.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
Assists employees with equipment issues i.e., phones, laptop,
Organizes various training classes or meetings.
Assists with additional tasks and projects, as assigned.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
HR experience a plus.
Two to five years of office experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Regular attendance that is punctual and dependable is required.
Possesses a positive, servant-oriented attitude with excellent
Display honest, trustworthy, and ethical behavior when dealing with
employees, employee's families, and outside company contacts.
Must pass pre-employment UA, BAT; ability to meet and maintain a
negative random drug test.
CTT has suspended -pre-employment hair -follicle drug testing. -
However, new employees are subject to hair follicle testing after
six months of employment.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to be
cleared to operate a motor vehicle, at all times.
Must pass a background investigation.
Communication skills - verbal and written.
