You Will Do: Serve as the first point of contact for employees via
phone, email, and front desk support; respond to general inquiries
and direct employees Create and submit content for the weekly
employee newsletter Manage the employee uniform program, including
additions and cancellations Maintain the HR conference room
calendar and coordinate scheduling Order office and department
supplies as needed Support new hire onboarding and orientation
activities, including coordination of the annual orientation
calendar Participate in employee engagement teams and assist with
site events English proficiency (the ability to read, write, and
speak) is required when communicating with employees and
supervisors who only speak English Qualifications You Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of administrative
work experience Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint Qualifications We Prefer: Associate’s degree in
Business Administration or a related field Experience coordinating
events or employee engagement activities Strong organizational and

will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
