Job Description:

This client-facing position supports the Hoover Fleet AI Technology Field Service business unit in the USA. It is the first level of technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Programming of the systems on the Fleet AI website
• Customer facing position to train various facets of the Fleet AI Fleet Management and equipment, including setup, operation, inventory and stocking process, as well as maintain all installation/ training and service documentation for the Fleet AI system
• Requires constant interaction and cooperation between all the different business segments, including manufacturing, customer service, outside sales and engineering
• Responsible for following internal company processes
• Generate sales, rental orders and all necessary paperwork for equipment returns
• May require on call duties, and extended work hours such as travel and driving for long distance to fullfil customer needs
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other duties as assigned
  
  Skills / Qualifications
  
  • Basic computer skills are required, including but not limited to Microsoft office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
  • Travel required
    
    M-F 8am to 5pm
    40hrs. plus possible over time
