AppleOne is currently recruiting for outgoing, skilled Customer
Service Representatives for a large call center located in the
Midland, Texas area.
The shifts required for this position can range between 8am to
6:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends!! This is a temp to
hire opportunity, with conversion occurring around 90 days. Great
benefits, upon conversion! High School Diploma/GED equivalent is
required for this position. Must be able to pass a criminal
? Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and
? Provides callers with unbiased information to assist customers
with application and eligibility requirements.
? Accesses, reads, and interprets customers information and
provides data elements within customer application.
? Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer
? Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution.
? Assists customers in the enrollment process.
? Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.
Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus!!
? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
? Background in health care, human services, or customer
? Knowledge of Texas health and social services programs and
? Experience in data entry and call centers.
? Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and
disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner.
? Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal
? Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented
? Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks
? Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:30
? Background check required.
Pay: Between $14.29 / HR and $14.77 / HR
$14.29 for English reps
$14.77 for Bilingual (English/Spanish) reps
Workweek: Full Time
Benefits: Overtime Hours Available
