Project management capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations used to manage projects from start to finish would be helpful. Abilities to optimize Jacam Catalyst processes and facilitate meetings for project goals and best practices. Individual should be able to prioritize tasks and take necessary action to resolve issues and drive project forward for completion of AX365 upgrade. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with upper management and employees at Jacam Catalyst to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
• Facilitating workshops with key people
• Documentation of process and workflows
• Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
• Identifying issues and risks Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience on large and complex projects
  • Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
  • Strong business and engagement skills
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations The successful candidate would have high-level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. Individual should be able to display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with Jacam Catalyst employees and upper management representatives. Some level of travel is required with a preferred base location of Central Kansas or Midland, Texas.
