Job Description:

Large Midland Medical Office seeking a PBX Operator to begin ASAP and assist their team. Position will extend the length of one month and could potentially be a temp to hire for the right employee.

  Job Duties:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Taking inbound calls from physicians, visitors, and patients and transferring them via Staff Roster
    
  • Documenting all calls in log books
    
  • Following company policies and procedures at all times
    
  • Monitoring alarms and notifying the proper staff of activation
    
  • Responding and acting quickly in all emergency procedures
    
    Available Shifts:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Wednesday to Sunday 11:00pm to 7:00am
      
    • PRN: 6:30am to 3:00pm; 7:00am to 3:30pm; 8:30am to 5:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 5:00pm to 11:30pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am
      
      Salary: $16.00/hour
