**This position is based in MIdland, TX and therefore eligible for
a Cost of Living Allowance and Signing Bonus under Weatherford's
current compensation structure.-- Please note this incentive is

Provide technical support to customers and employees in the form of
sales presentations, product related training programs, and
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Product Line specific Technical Sales support for the
organization through direct sales presentations, training programs,
and customer seminars.
Develop sales aids in the form of presentation material, CD's
documentation, and procedure manuals required for specific
Assist with the development of quotations and Product Line related
Provide technical support for Regional Sales to present current
technology in a direct selling effort.
Train Regional sales on current technologies.
Act as a market input source to Product Line Management for new
Assist in development of annual Revenue Budget on Product Line
Develop and present technical papers.
Interface between customers, Product Line Managers, and Engineers
on new product requirements.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all
requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical
Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company
policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by
supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Engineering degree (or related field) or equivalent technical
Excellent presentation and computer skills
Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts and market
Ability to think strategically
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency
