The I&E Supervisor position will have responsibility for overseeing,
supporting and supervising the I&E Team of Technicians in their daily plant
and field activities. The I&E Supervisor will ensure that PSM,
preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, routine and
non-routine works are accurately and efficiently completed within
specified time frames.Routine
work will include perfomring repairs on equipment (motors,
starters, generators, and exciters), testing and repairing
switchboards, installing new cables, wiring and electrical fixtures
and inspecting electrical equipment at frequent intervals. This
position will work in both a plant and a field
day-to-day management and oversight to I&E Team, working
closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure overall goals and
objectives are achieved.
