Job Description:

Responsible for the development and maintenance of processes and programs to combine and/or convert current data in various, existing databases to ensure all data runs uniformly between each system. Essential Functions:Establish and grow a culture of ownership, innovation, digital security, collaboration, and accountability. Support and contribute thought leadership to the development and implementation of business, engineering, HS&E, and project management practices supporting the growth and ongoing management of our cloud services and on-prem data center footprintManages staffing levels, resources and schedules based on business requirements and service needs, ensuring that technologies are ranked by critical and appropriate staffing and training is maintained to support themProvides managerial and technical leadership to the infrastructure teams. Primary point of contact for systems infrastructure planning and operations including servers, storage, network services, and cloud infrastructure.Mentor system analysts and act as a local escalation for operating systems and core services support within the technology environmentsPerforms capacity planning and analysis to ensure networks can support long term growth of data and applicationsMonitors support queues to ensure timely resolution of issuesIdentifies and recommends emerging solutions to improve security, efficiency, effectiveness, and reliabilityImplements processes, procedures, and effective security monitoring for proactive identification and resolution of potential issuesActively participates in compliance audits, and works to continuously improve audit procedures/processesManages the effectiveness and delivery of vendors to continuously improve the infrastructureManages the infrastructure budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget as well as identifying ways to optimize existing budgets to make them more efficient.Establish and track metrics to measure quality of user acceptance testing and deployment activities, including measurement of established service levelsCreate proactive monitoring processes and preventative action plans to avoid system outagesDevelop and maintain overall digital landscape for data integrity, quality, and recoverability requirementsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information, collect and research data, and design work flows and proceduresDesire to continuously build knowledge and skills and shares expertise with othersAbility to generate creative solutions, translate concepts and demonstrate attention to detailDemonstrated capability to develop project plans, coordinate and manage projects, communicate changes and progress, and complete projects on or before deadlinesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsSupervisory Responsibilities:Supervision of multiple employees as well as supervision of contract labor and third party specialists. Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment and occasional travel to and from Endeavor Energy Resources’ locations is required as necessary. Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or type, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms, and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position and expected hours of work are Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. On call availability is a requirement for this position.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field highly preferredFifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience involving information systems requiredAbility to read and interpret data from various systems, reports and documents requiredFive (5) or more years of project management experience requiredOil and gas industry experience preferred
