Job Description:
*Responsibilities: ** Create item master data for new part
numbers* Monitors daily receiving activities at multiple locations
and processes Accounts Payable Invoices* Works with store personnel
at multiple locations, as well as procurement staff at same work
location to ensure proper controls are met (3-way match).* Works
with management and vendor to reconcile invoice discrepancies*
Reads and interprets vendor statements to reconcile AP/vendor
ledger entries*Requirements: ** Microsoft Office Package*
Experience with Open invoice or Ariba* High School diploma*
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV or
other ERP (MS preferred)* Inventory experienceJob Type:
