Our team is responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement or repair parts and equipment.

As Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support for the inspection of machine parts and tools during assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will work as a collaborative team member and ensure all parts and tools are thoroughly verified to meet our standards. You will be given the opportunity to experience our innovative design and technology.

As an Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying tests as required on all components and completed assemblies.
• Assuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.
• Inspecting parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints.
• Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.
• Identifying enhancements in processes and procedures to improve performance.
• Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.
• Completing, inspecting, and distributing all quality records and documents.
• Verifying tests as required on all components and completed assemblies.

  To be successful in this role you will:
  
  
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have experience in Quality Inspection on machine parts and tools during assembly and subassembly processes.
  • Show proficient knowledge of dimensional testing, reading drawings, and manufacturing process.
