Our team ensures high quality, consistency and reliability for all products throughout the complete life-cycle of our flexible pipe systems manufacturing.

As a Manufacturing Operator for FPS, you will, under direct supervision, monitor and operate various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements in order to assist in and streamline the manufacturing process.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, monitoring and operating various pieces of equipment -rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCPinjection
• Operating multiple machines at one time
• Repairing ,patching or splicing cable
• Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements
• Reading and interpreting routine instructions

  To be successful in this role you will:
  
  
  • Be able to read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Have a good mechanical aptitude and experience using general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Be able to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or be able to obtain certification
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a minimum of 6 months of previous manufacturing experience
