Civil/Structural design a plus. -***Role is on-site in Midland, Texas, and the work must be performed in Midland.***Responsibilities

• Performs pipe design layouts and material take-off of systems and installations requiring a high degree of familiarity with design and construction techniques, codes and materials, equipment and costs in industry.
• Provide material take-offs for mechanical and civil quantities for proposals
• Lead Designer for piping mechanical drafting/modeling requirements on projects
• Ability to interpret P&ID's and create a design and 3D model
• Knowledge of piping and components (manual valves, specialty items, fittings, etc.)
• Ability to perform field design activities such as P&ID walk downs, general construction support, as-builts for the model, etc.
• Able to extract Isometrics from 3D model
• Works with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge/understanding of mechanical equipment when reviewing vendor drawings
• 3D Modeling utilizing CADWorx Plant 2022 Requirements for position - - - - - - - - -
  • 15 + years industrial mechanical piping design experience
  • Experience in Gas, Oil and water pipeline design
    • Experience in leading design process plants, compressor stations, and oil and gas projects a plus.
    • CADWorx Plant experience required (CADWorx 2010 or higher)
    • AutoCAD, ISOGEN, CADWorx Equipment, CADWorx P&ID, Navisworks
    • Civil/Structural design experience a plus -
