We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Chemical
Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth
of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for
promoting and selling our range of production chemicals to Oil and
Gas Producers and various Industrial clients. Your primary focus
will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships,
understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to
enhance their production processes. Under broad direction, utilize
subject matter expertise and established client relationships to
sell Company products and services and achieve maximum
profitability and market penetration/share. Match the Company's
technical, commercial and operational capabilities to customer
needs through developing a clear understanding of customer's
business & technical issues and drivers and effective delivery of
technical sales presentations and personal working relationships.
Call on assigned and non-assigned accounts to effectively promote
and sell the Company's products and services. Play an active role
in the business planning process. Job role directly create value
via personal relationships. Skills typically acquired through
completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration,
marketing, engineering, or similar disciplines and 3-8 years of
related sales experience. Revenue scope typically in the range of
$5 - 50 M.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the Oil and Gas
Producers and various Industrial sectors who could benefit from our
production chemical solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue
and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,
competitor products, and emerging opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with
existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and offer suitable
chemical solutions to address their production requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing
inquiries, concerns, and technical support requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of our production chemical
products and their applications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with
accurate information and recommendations based on their specific

clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our production
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,
customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical
support, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and efficient
delivery of products to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably
in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
