**Job Summary**

As an Equipment Operator at the State of Texas, you will be responsible for the safe operation of specialized equipment, including backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, and dump trucks. Your duties will also include operating smaller or less complex equipment as necessary and performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Additionally, you will provide on-the-job training to lower-level personnel.
