Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Operations (US
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate relocation services for corporate clients
and their families
Lead a team of relocation consultants, ensuring efficient
operations and performance monitoring
Develop process improvements and prepare reports for senior
management on team performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Relocation Consultant role
or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead and direct
others effectively
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft products
Track record of achieving satisfactory home sale ratios and
customer satisfaction ratings
CRP designation is encouraged but not required
