At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Under the direction of the Staff Quality Engineer for the Back End, the FGQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of Quality Assurance release technicians who sort, review, and release finished goods products. This role ensures that all products meet compliance and quality standards. The supervisor plans, coordinates, and directs quality assurance programs aimed at maintaining continuous production in accordance with established guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises the daily activities of the FGQA technicians and other quality assurance activities.
• Trains, plans, schedules and assigns work, appraises performance and solves problems.
• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.Experience and SkillsRequired:
    • 6-8 years of related experience required.
    • Ability to use Software Applications such as SAP, Release Automation, MES, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
    • Good interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to handle increased responsibilities.Preferred:
      • Experience in regulated medical device operation.Other:
        • May require working / visiting all shifts of the operation and working irregular hours.
