Job Description:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of oil and natural gas processing equipment.

Overview: Performs maintenance and repair activities on dehydrators, BTEX condenser, flares, heater treaters, etc., on customers location. - Demonstrate a proficiency in accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical problems on multiple gas processing pieces of equipment.

-Generally, understands all processes and systems of how a dehydrator, condenser and BMS equipment work. General understanding of the customers production equipment, scrubbers, vessels on and off skid.

Typically, at least 4 years' experience with dehydration equipment and a working knowledge of multiple components or parts, liquid level controllers, motor valves, liquid pumps, etc. - -

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Show track record of performing preventative maintenance with little or no guidance and perform most call outs without assistance from a technical expert.

Occasionally required to crawl, climb in and around equipment, stairs, and vertical ladders. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, and stand with good balance. Occasionally required to carry at least 40 pounds.

Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Communicating directly with the customer gathering pertinent information and an understanding of company maintenance standards about the equipment. -Prepare and provide Scope of Work, cost proposals, and field reports in a timely manner.

Familiar with computer: Intermediate skills in: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
