The Site Manager is part of the WindHQ Data Center team and is
responsible for repairing electrical equipment. The electrician,
works outside installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting,
and repairing industrial electrical equipment and associated
electrical and electronic controls. The Site Manager must be able
to diagnose problems in malfunctioning equipment, repair
components, and decide if it can be fixed or must be replaced. This
job entails extensive mechanical work.
Requirements:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrator of WebTMA ERP system
- Construction and upgrading works planning for Data Center
- Deliver complex cross-functional and cross-border projects as new
product or project implementation and others
- Responsible for planning, budgeting and delivering new project
timely
- Controlling purchases, prices, document compliance and quality of
equipment for DC
- Implementing construction and upgrading work for DC
- Control of vendors and sub-contractors work processes, deadlines,
BoQ, BoM and quality.
- Controlling budget, purchases, dead-lines, quality etc. for the
construction and upgrading projects
- Delivering Occupational Health and Safety instructions at data
center
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; Estimate
work or project requirements, prepare schedule, including start and
completion dates, personnel to be assigned, equipment, and
material
- Write and submit, or present, required reports, including
specifications for materials and equipment
- Analyze and prepare financial reports
- Manage the relationship with employees, client and all
stakeholders
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe
working environment for office and field employees, subcontractors,
and clients

Basic Qualifications:
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure in a crisis situation and make
decisions instantly
- Ability to build and strongly motivate teams and keep
cross-departmental business relationships both local and across
multiple countries
- Works with other departments in an effective manner to ultimately
deliver on process and systems improvements. Escalates
problems/concerns where appropriate.
- Results orientation with attention to detail regarding the
numbers
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Minimal 3 years' experience in IT field
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel/Word/Power-point,
good experience working with internet
- Knowledge of Linux, TCP Slash/IP, DNS, DHCP
- University degree in IT, business management, economics,
mathematics, technology, engineering or similar
- At least High School Diploma or GED (General Education
Development or General Education Diploma) preferred, University,
College or similar is a benefit
- This role is considered a Safety Sensitive Position and may
require additional screening
- Proof of vaccination (in full) against COVID-19
- Must have a means of transportation as most locations are not
accessible with public transportation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (shiftwork, nightshift,
weekends, and holidays) required
- Electrician works rotating shift schedule (Example: 2 on, 3 off,
3 on), 11-hour day shift; on-call work; and occasional day travel
to other data center locations
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 40lbs/20Kgs
- Comfort with continuous operation of containers at a noise level
of 100 dBa
- Adherence to local legislation/standards and WindHQ standards for
approved safety boots, gloves and other PPE (provided at some
locations fully or partly)
