Key position functions include: --- Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner. --- Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required. --- Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory. --- Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes. --- May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location. --- Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship. --- Provide customer property repair as required. --- Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following: --- Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience. --- Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving skills. --- Strong mechanical aptitude. --- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently --- Valid driver's license and good driving record. --- High school diploma or GED preferred.
