EquipmentShare is searching for a Field Technician - Advanced Solutions (Mechanic) for our rental facility in Midland, TX, to support our rental team as the team continues to grow. A $3,000 sign-on bonus will be issued to qualified new hires.
EquipmentShare is seeking a Field Technician - Advanced Solutions (Mechanic) to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer- and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. You'll document service, perform functionality and safety tests, and spend a great amount of time working one-on-one with our customers. You should have super strong electrical and hydraulic knowledge, plus experience reading and understanding electrical schematics.
