Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contracts Procurement IS Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and negotiate IS contracts
Process contract renewals in conjunction with IS management
Perform detailed cost analysis and prepare contract and procurement reports

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and procurement activities
3 years of hands-on experience specifically with IT contract review, negotiation, and procurement activities preferred
Bachelor's Degree with concentration in IS, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of contracting principles in relation to IS acquisitions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of the contract and procurement review
