Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Mainframe
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and
technical teams
Translate business goals into detailed documentation such as use
cases, workflows, and data models
Support end-to-end software development efforts, including user
acceptance testing and rollout
Required Qualifications
8+ years of business analysis experience in software development
projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Visio, SnagIt, and
prototyping platforms
Strong experience documenting functional requirements, workflows,
and data models
Ability to independently lead sessions and manage timelines
Experience supporting user acceptance testing and coordinating
implementation activities
