Req ID: 118484 Location: 10601 N Pennsylvania Ave.BASIC PURPOSE: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for aiding the Trillium Warehouse in all facets of inventory maintenance. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, check in, properly store, transfer, and disburse materials in the warehouse and field sites across the country using the current inventory system.
• Assist with weekly inventory using the current inventory system.
• Ship, pull and package parts to ship
• Interface with vendors by requesting quotes, searching parts, and working with vendors on warranty issues, parts pricing and part delivery times
• Maintain warehouse and storage areas in clean, orderly condition
• Load and unload parts and equipment using the fork lift
• Other duties assigned as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:
    • A minimum of five years experience with general computer use (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
    • A valid driver's license.Preferred Experience:
      • Experience with warehouse processes and inventory management
      • Experience with SAP inventory system
      • Electrical and mechanical parts knowledge SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Skills:
        • Good written and oral communication skills, data entry, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skill, ability to multitask and excellent analytical skillsTypical Physical Demands:
          • Requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, some sitting and stooping
          • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
          • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
