Job Title:Outside Sales Rep- Midland, TXJob Description:H&E Equipment is looking for an Outside Sales Rep for the Midland Area. Our ideal candidate has experiance in the Pipeline, Oil Field, or Heavy Dirt Industries.The Outside Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for generating new revenue in retail equipment sales, services existing H&E Equipment customers as well as identifying and winning new business within the assigned territory.Job Requirements:

• Must have previous outside rental or retail sales experience
• Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven and a team player
• Must be exceptionally self-disciplined
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Maintain a professional business appearance at all times
• Must be able to build prospects and business relationships
• Cold-calling and job site calls are required
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
• Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers
• A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 2 years of business to business sales experience in Construction Equipment and/ or Construction related field is preferred
  • Previous experience working in the construction equipment industry is beneficial
