Customer Service Job Description:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. They assist by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies. It is of the utmost importance that the person in this position be able to manage the internal exchanges that occur due to a rapidly paced environment. They should be able to share knowledge and experience and be able to easily collaborate with all employees in the department. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer incoming calls from our very important customersResolve any product or service-related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfactionSchedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locationsTake payments and maintain customer records by updating account informationHandle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessaryPrepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)Input customers information into a databaseFiling paperworkConduct credit checks as neededInput payroll information into excelConduct quality reviews of financing paperwork Minimum Requirements:High school graduate or equivalentCustomer service and multi-line telephone experience requiredMust be proficient in Microsoft ExcelAccount collections experience preferredAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
