Youll lead a talented team, shape strategic decisions, and help EnerStar set new standards in service delivery. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities Collaborate with senior management to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive strategic growth Ensure that the district delivers value and excellence to the clients Maintain profit margins and implement business plan Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices Perform strategic customer service delivery while maximizing profitability Organize, train and schedule employees Manage and maintain the condition of all rental assets Lead the branch and plan day to day operations Implement EnerStars health, safety, and environmental policies with consistency and care Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
