Lifeteam seeks a proactive and growth-driven Territory Sales Manager to champion our advanced emergency medical services in Eagle Pass, TX. This role is pivotal in forging sustainable relationships with healthcare providers and facilities, promoting our comprehensive services that encompass air and ground medical transport, critical care, and hospital outreach programs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving patient access to our life-saving services by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing sales plans tailored to the healthcare market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory. Cultivate strong relationships with hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and other strategic partners. Perform market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape. Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted materials and strategies for different client segments. Participate in regional and national conferences to bolster network and industry presence. Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the service teams to enhance services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Depth knowledge of healthcare systems and medical sales environments Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) - highly desirable Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
