Business Development – Oil & Gas Completions Location: Midland,
TX About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business
Development Manager – Oil & Gas Completions to expand our market
presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue
growth across our Completions product and service portfolio. This
individual will play a key role in identifying opportunities,
developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our organization
as a preferred provider within the completions sector. Key
Responsibilities Sales & Market Growth Identify and pursue new
business opportunities within the oil & gas completions segment
(plug-and-perf, wireline services, frac services, downhole tools,
etc.). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
territory revenue targets. Expand relationships with operators,
service companies, and industry partners. Client Relationship
Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.
Maintain regular communication to understand ongoing needs, project
pipelines, and upcoming opportunities. Deliver technical
presentations and product demonstrations as needed. Strategic
Planning & Analysis Monitor market activity, competitor offerings,
pricing trends, and technological advancements. Provide leadership
with timely reporting on sales pipelines, forecasts, and market
intelligence. Participate in quarterly and annual business planning
initiatives. Collaboration & Coordination Partner with operations,
engineering, and product lines to ensure alignment with customer
requirements. Support contract negotiations, proposals, and bid
packages. Qualifications Required 5 years of business development,
sales, or account management experience in the oil & gas industry.
Strong technical understanding of completions operations (e.g.,
frac, wireline, plugs, packers, completion tools). Proven track
record of business growth and customer acquisition. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to
travel Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or
related field. Existing customer network in the Permian, Mid-Con,
or regional basins. Experience selling specialized completion tools
