Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 5 years preferred; may consider less with strong experience in specified specialties License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS PALS BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Experience with Epic charting system required Experience in Trauma Level II facility required Travel experience highly preferred Description: We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This position requires a start in the next 3-5 weeks. The schedule will run from Monday to Thursday with weekend and holiday on-call duties. The role is in a fast-paced operating room environment. Preferred experience includes general, neuro, ortho, trauma, and robotics specialties. Strong experience with procedures such as gastric sleeve, laparoscopic cases, and various orthopedic surgeries is a plus. The position involves responsibility for providing direct patient care in the operating room. Candidates should be proficient in infection control, wound management, and safety protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaborative patient care. Must be able to respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Candidates must be compliant with all vaccination requirements.
