Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in
delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a dynamic post-acute

interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the achievement of
optimal patient outcomes. Provide nursing care to patients
according to the care plan under the supervision of a registered
nurse Assist in patient assessment and monitoring their health
conditions Administer medications and provide treatments according
to physician's orders Collaborate with clinical team members to
ensure treatments are administered according to the recovery plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare
professionals to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records Participate in educational
activities to update knowledge and skills Strong practical nursing
skills including patient care and medication administration Ability
to follow healthcare regulations and safety standards Team-oriented
with strong communication skills Detail-oriented with a capacity
for multilevel organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental

CPR certification recommended
