Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Registered
Nurses (RN) to join our diverse team focused on delivering top-tier

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
Assess patient condition and implement appropriate nursing
interventions. Record patient's medical history and symptoms,
update records and communicate with doctors. Provide emotional
support and guidance to patients and their families. Participate in
creating patient care plans and contribute to case management.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health maintenance. Ensure compliance with all safety and health
regulations. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or home health
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in
electronic health records (EHR) systems Adaptability to various
health care environments Empathy towards patients and their
conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
